Very nice quality. Firm and fits perfectly. Metal hooks are also very sturdy. Straps hold tight around ankle.

Worth it
Pretty durable, design is generic but works, velro works well and fit can be adjusted because of the strap. The coating on the steel D-rings are breaking off after 1 use itself but the metal underneath it is fine. Overall, can buy, worth the price.

Absolutely terrific,bang for the buck.i seen lots of ankle straps at the gym nd I was mind blown when I saw this ankle straps.even just holding the parcel I felt the weight of it.the D rings were so thick.the padding inside was great.definitely go for it without any 2nd thought.i would recommend it to anyone anyday.

Too big and sturdy for women
It is way too big and sturdy for women so it is rather hurting your calves as it rubs against it. And it weighs more than 300g which was described at the website. It is not lightweight. Unfortunately it can’t be returned but I have no use of it.

Using these for lateral and front shoulder raises. Cuff is good quality. D rings are soild and can handle heavy weight. Velcro is strong. Cushioning could be better .

Reliable and Useful
Probably the best cuffs to use for exercise. The double D rings ensure that the cuffs don't de-attach from the cable when using heavier load.
