I get a really nice pump using this. I posted a pic because mine did not come as one clump. Maybe there were some bad batches that made it through Amazon. So far loving the product. Peeps be complaining about how it mixes but to me it's on par with any other pre workout. Also the taste is like a blue raspberry sour patch kid, very very close to blue razz c4 in taste.

This is a very good NO supplement, and the 1-star reviews are mostly ludicrous whining. Believe that.Is it clumsy? Definitely. Is it supposed to be? Undoubtedly. Is it easily remedied? Absolutely. Take the scoop out so it isn't buried, shake can vigorously. Powder. Not enough? Throw it in a blender, blend for a few seconds. No blender? Use a knife or fork to break the big clumps up, then shake it. Simple.As to mixability? Yeah, it takes a bit more shaking, but it DOES all mix with no "floaters" or grit at the bottom of your shaker cup. Mix it before you leave for the gym, mix it off and on as you drive. Or mix it at home every few minutes, then down it.Great energy, very nice pumps with impressive vascularity. I've tried Vasky, Noxygen and this. It's a run off between Noxygen and Pump Powder for me, so you won't be disappointed with this.

This is the best pump powder I have ever tried. Man Sports really got it right on this one.The taste is amazing. It tastes like sour patch kids candy, but isn't too sweet and doesn't have a chemical aftertaste like some flavored powders.What's best about this powder, though, is the results. Taken 15-20 minutes before a lifting session, the stuff will kick in almost immediately once you start lifting. Great vascularity and it makes me want to keep working out. The result is a better workout and better results.My only complaint is that it doesn't mix that well. If you mix it in a blender bottle and shake furiously, there will still be a few clumps left. For me, though, I don't really mind it.If you haven't tried this pump powder, do it.

Great for vascularity definitely saw some new veins and visually I "feel" like I looked fuller at the gym.The pump's were questionable but I believe a good pump comes from a good diet and timing carbs i'm in a cut so the carbs are low right now = crappy pumps. I've used a bunch of pre workouts in the past I was interested in this because stim free pre workout that helped with pumps and vasodilation. I stacked this with bulk sups beta alanine 4g and it is probably one my my favorite stacks I feel like it helped endurance without my heart pounding out my chest.

If you want a really good pump I would take 2 scoops! But this is a good option vascular booster!

For those of us who drink allot of caffeine either in the form of coffee or energy drinks and don't want to over do it with even more caffeine in our pre-workout then this is the powder for you! Probably the best stimulant free booster I have ever heard of and tried. Personally I believe this would even be great to add to another pre-workout if you are looking for some insane gains.

Quite pleased with this. I generally don't get a big "pump" boost from most supplements like this. This is noticeably better . I stack with my energy powders and have reordered twice .

This stuff is garbage and should not be sold in any market any where in the world period.I took a chance to change up my normal 100% great supplement and chose this one mainly because my supplement was on backorder. I went by a lost of top 10 supplement and this was rated #2 by a guy who must have been paid to promote it as an incredible skin bursting pump by the 1st setI've done 1 scoopI've done 2 scoopsI've done 3 scoops.Nothing, flat no pump..I'd like to stuff it up that guys A.. for making this supplement out to be the top of the chain.In the trash it went after last night.
