Works great for heel elevated squats and deadlifts.

I bought this to help ease wrist pain in wheel pose. I work a lot with my hands and noticed last month some tendinitis creeping in. Stays in place on the mat... wouldn’t use it without one. What’s great about the wedge in wheel is that it helps me access my shoulder girdle more so there’s less twisting in my wrists! Anyhow... I could see this being useful in a lot of other ways. Nice addition to my yoga bag of tricks.
