The media could not be loaded. When I’m the go or just for storage this sewing machine carrying case has it all; padding, durability, storage space and portability is like no other!!! And the fact that it’s pink was a win for me!!

Cheaply made and customer service from the manufacturer is terrible.
Lots of lip service but so many hoops to jump through if you get a defective product that you're screwed
