The SRT Connect app that you use with this set allows you to apply equalizer settings and control the speakers remotely. They also sync automatically with each other so you do not have to hardwire between speakers as in older speaker models. You still have the option of a hardline connection with your mixer or soundboard, but not necessary if you simply want to connect.Don't hesitate to buy these speakers.
