The item arrived quickly as prescribed, was the correct lock (item codes are difficult to identify between shops/sites) and was fitted within five minutes. Thank you

Really good quality, easy to install, and very smooth

This was a like for like replacement for a c.15 year old Yale P89 lock. I'm sure it will still do the job but very disappointed to see the reduction in quality over the years - the lever arm is now hollowed out metal rather than solid and the snib is very mushy compared to the nice snapiness of the old lock. Also comes with very naff quality, slot headed screws but think that was the case 15 years ago!
