Useful and fun!
Bought this for my husband, who is a Vietnam vet recovering from combat related health issues. He is trying to get his strength back, and this is helping him with his balance. It is challenging but also fun enough that he and our 4 yr old grandson take turns! I use it for balance as well as pushups and other exercises. My 81 yr old parents tried it & liked it, so I bought one for them too! It's very sturdy, wide enough for average adults to stand on comfortably, isn't slippery on the floors, and easy enough to tuck under the furniture. We pull it out to use while we're watching TV, instead of just sitting. Just make sure to follow the directions and use it near something to grab onto if you are using it for standing exercises! Highly recommend this.

So great! Especially for kids!
These are study enough for many adults and bigger kids. I weigh around 200 lbs and felt confident in the sturdiness of the boards. I bought four to use as a station in my extended day program and the kids have absolutely enjoyed them! The bottom has a rubber gripping on the bottom which has not damaged the real hard wood flooring in the historic building we use. Super pleased!

very sturdy
Its got some weight to it and it has knobs on the bottom so won't slip from under you on carpet and I also tried on wood floor and didn't slip either. I am 6,7 and weight around 325 and support me no problem. I had ankle surgery a few months ago and my doctor recommend me getting for my recovery. When you first get on it I would suggest using it near a wall or sturdy chair to support yourself because it is takes time to use.

Round part is hard plastic, not inflatable
The round part is hard plastic, not an inflated half ball. This can be good or bad, depending on what you are looking for. It doesn't provide the exact same type of experience as a BOSU or typical balance trainer. With that said, it is very sturdy and will not deflate.

Questionable
My P.T. told me to get a dap board so this was what I found , I need a smaller one I think this is more used for like core muscles, I needed one just for my foot to restrengthen my ankle after being in a cast forv3 months, I am sure it works well for what it is intended for , just not what I need , of I do know that it is sturdy and of good quality.

Really helps with balance
Tried a few that were too small or too slippery. This one finally worked. Easy to use and helps with balance.

Great for ankle rehab
My PT recommended a Fitterfirst board for my ankle rehab. This looked like a less expensive alternative and it’s perfect. It’s great for building ankle strength and working on your balance. They also include examples of many other exercises I didn’t even know about. The board is very well made. You don’t slip on the board and it doesn’t slide on your floor. My only complaints are that the bumps are uncomfortable and the wholes are kinda large but I was aware of these when I made the purchase. I would recommend the product.

Meh - too easy
This stability board is to wide at the base. It’s not a challenge at all. Top gets noticeably dirty after a couple uses with shoes on. Good build tho.

Fun footrest
Not sure if it works for core because it doesn’t really make you work for balance but it’s fun to stand or sit on.. fun footrest
