After several attempts to leave a review of another item I decided do post my review despite the picture was inaccurate to the item when I retrieved the item for the reviewA negative review was intended to alert others about a bed that is unacceptable and customer service was even worseThe claw and aliens are absolutely amazing. The actual size is even bigger than expected. The colors are bright and I consider myself lucky to own this item

Broken on arrival.
This was a birthday gift for my grandson. Reviews were not good so I tried it out as soon as I got it. It did not work at all. Claw was broken.

The Claw
My grandson loved this claw machine. The issue is it gets stuck ALOT and the claw doesn’t move.. it may only be this one.. he’s 3 and said it makes him nervous because he’s afraid it will get stuck.

Kind of cheap
I was disappointed. It doesn’t work very well and is kind of cheaply made. Not worth the price. The only think I like about it is the way it looks. It is pretty cool looking.

Trash product
Do NOT buy this product. Absolutely POOR quality and seller did not refund. FAULTY PRODUCT!!!!!!!!I would give zero stars if allowed. Absolute trash and despicable service. So sad , our only grandson was sure heartbroken over this toy on his #1 wish list for his third birthday. Cried and cried over a broken toy that was supposed to be the “star of the show”. All to get ZERO refund on such an expensive product.
