I would give this item 6 stars. I'm not kidding. Using the 33g Lancets on a 3.5 setting, for me, works painlessly. Very well made.

I am not a diabetic, but I test my fasting blood glucose once per week to keep an eye on it. These lancets are perfect for me. I don't test often so I don't need the larger gauge lancets, the 30g is great and keeps the discomfort of testing to a minimum. These 30g lancets fit into both the "o well" brand lancing device and the lancing device I already own, so now I have an extra one for traveling. These were very inexpensive compared to buying them at the store and the quality is the same, so I will buy these from now on. Though this is a pack of 100 and I test once a week, so this will last me along time!

What can I say about a product that makes me bleed it does a great job and is comfortable to use and change the lancets

The lancing device that came with the set was hard to use and not as comfortable as my existing device. The lancets did fit in my old device, so I am using that. Not a big deal, as the set was a great price.
