Couldn't do without it
I have always found this to be very effective for keeping catarrh under control and had to "bulk buy" on line when it disappeared from the shops for a time.

I made me sicker. and did not work for ...
I made me sicker. and did not work for my cough. Put my Blood Pressure up gave me a headache when I stopped taking it cough was still there but headache left and BP went down

This is pretty good for blocked up nose and General stuffed upness after a cold.

I'm afraid this product did not work for me. I've tried everything to help me with the problem with no success so it may be more me than the Formula
