The product charges as it should and works great. I only used the charger and have not use the battery to determine it's longevity. However, a nice design, the usb is cable is too short. The wall outlet is at least 6 inches off the floor the usb cable which is permanently attached is about 3 inches. So when you plug the charger to the adapter to the wall it cannot reach the floor and is hanging by the usb... in which case you cannot charge the battery. You will need to have a power strip on the floor or table then plug this in. Also note that the charger requires a 2A output. It is nice that the UBS is attached which makes it really portable, just wish they could make the cable a few inches longer. Update: I just realized that there are also USB-C and micro USB port where you can plug in to charge. So the short cable is not longer an issue. Updated to 5 stars! Will update again when I get a chance to use the battery and see how long the life is compared to original.

Customer Service was great!! Had an issue with my initial order where one of the batteries wasn't charging and they sent me a replacement set and it worked perfectly. Really needed it at Mammoth Mountain so I could charge spare batteries with a battery pack in my bag while I was on the mountain.

It’s a little slow charging and the batteries don’t last as long as the GoPro brand batteries, but it works for what I need and it’s nice I can charge more than one battery at a time! Perfect size to take on the go and it’s still worth buying this product!

Works as expected

Will not power a Hero 10. GoPro software immediately detects problem with knockoff batteries and displays warning then shuts down automatically. Please don’t waste your money. Was given as a gift and received it outside of return window. DO NOT BUY THIS!

It works well, fits the batteries it comes with well. But the brand name GoPro batteries sit in this fairly loosely and can fall out. Not a huge deal, just FYI.

It arrived early and looks good. The batteries have individual plastic cases which is nice.

So far they’ve worked out great! Was having issues with the GoPro needing reset a lot and wasn’t sure if it was the batteries but I switched it to 2.7k since I don’t need it shot in 4k and it’s worked fine ever since! Batteries last as long as the original gopro batteries and from what I can tell so far seem to be great!
