The media could not be loaded.  My cat had kittens a few weeks ago so I desperately needed an interactive toy to keep them from trying to climb out the play pen. This toy is absolutely brilliant. It moves around better on hard flooring. My kittens loved it. At first I tried it without the sounds. When they were comfortable I tried it with the sounds on. Now my kittens are only 7/8 weeks in the video, tiny little beauties, yet they were not scared of the ball but happily chased it and played with it. It comes with different attachments, feathers and bells, charges easily and the battery is longlasting too. If a kitten stops playing with it the toy stops too, I'm guessing this way it saves on the battery. It flahes with different coloured lights when moving around. Overall it's a brilliant toy for cats/kittens.

If you have a hardwood floor then maybe this would work for you, on my kitchen tiles it's just okay. The toy has quite limited movement patterns and the 'sleep' function kicks in too often so my cat gets bored.On my (very flat rental) carpeting, it just doesn't work - I saw other reviews and figured since my carpet is as thin as it gets things would be ok, but no. It goes back and forward, but then gets stuck on the side and can't move.To be fair they do say it's not good on carpet, but my carpet is the flattest, least "carpetty" carpet you can get. If, like me, you thought "my carpet isn't very fluffy, it will be fine", you're going to have a bad time.

This ball is too big for cats. I am surprised that it is marketed for cats (and not, e.g. large dogs). It is quite sturdy and hard. It rapidly moves around and forcefully bumps into things. Unfortunately, our cat is scared of it. After many tries and a gradual introduction, she doesn’t want to engage. I am disappointed.

It's great until I turned the sound on and it scared my poor kitten. Made him have a hunch posture and his hairs were sticking up a little. Now he's been avoiding things. So maybe change the sound or make it quieter. Cats already have sharp ears so no need to scare them! Overall good product without the sound! Let's see if he goes back to it to play.

My cat and me love this great for when you don’t want your cat to sleep as he can’t resist opening his eyes to watch what it’s doing definitely recommend.

This is a very interesting toy but my kitten finds it more annoying than fun. Perhaps it needs to be smaller and fluffy to be attractive to cats.

Bought this for my kitten (albeit mainecoon breed - so he’s quite big) and within two days, it stopped working. Now it’s just manual rolling on the floor

Great toy. My cat loves it. Only down side is it needs charging at least every 3 days. So the battery is not that good.
