Great price for 3 incredible non-stick pans.
Great pans! Love the 3 sizes. I've had them for a few months now and they are still like new. I use the small one so often as it's the perfect size for me. The non-stick is amazing, even vegan cheese that is usually very hard to get off a pan comes right off without a care. I've had this brand before and these are much lighter that the ones I had before but I like it as the others were too heavy and hurt my wrist if I picked them up too much. I would totally recommend these pans. Great price for what you are getting!!

Dono use spray from a can. It can damage the ceramic serfa I generly us a little olive oil
Green pans are the best .it is recomended to not you Spray from can. These pans are easy to clean .l use them each day. I have 3 of them and wish I had them a a long time ago. After I cook in them I wipe them down using paper towels. Wash them with dish soap rinse off dry and put in bottom of oven. I kept the cardboard and use it to protect each pan so the want get scratched

non-stick surface and weight
After using non-stick (teflon type) pans for years, I decided to purchase ceramic pans and see if they would last longer. The GreenPans arrived properly packed and protected. I noticed immediately that each pan had an instruction sticker attached in the center of each pan. Why would someone put a "sticker" in the middle of a pan? I followed the washing instructions and the next morning I put the small pan to use to fry my eggs (that is the main reason I bought it). The eggs immediately stuck to the center of the pan where the sticker was even though I had carefully washed it. After three or four times of use, it still sticks unless I use some type of oil. The other pans do not seem to have a problem but I do not fry eggs in them and I generally use oil for whatever I'm fixing. The weight and heating properties are good for my use.

Great So Far
I really like these pans and the company does a great job laying out best practices to keep the pans in good shape. I purchased a set of Caraway pans 2 years ago, and I would say I prefer these. I have only had these pans a short while so I can’t speak to the durability, but these pans are amazing and truly nonstick. Best scrambled eggs ever.

Flawed Product, Terrible Customer Service
I really liked these pans at first, however, after about 6 months of use (I always handwashed, cooked on medium or below, used silicone cooking tools) I noticed some minor flaking/chipping in each of the pans. Something happened to the surface of the largest pan as well where it became discolored and things seem to stick more in that area now. To be honest I don't consider these "non-stick" but I always use oil so it doesn't matter to me. As it is common knowledge these days, you don't want to eat from a pan that's chipping and the fact that this happened so soon after purchase concerned me. I am also pregnant now and of course a little more alert about how I am preparing my food. I contacted GreenPan customer service with my concerns; their response: "Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement. In fact, the hardness of the coating is one of its strengths because it will be less prone to scratching during daily use". Confused? So am I. There was no direct response to my concerns, including that I am pregnant and concerned about materials from the pan transferring to my food. I responded to this message and the agent never replied to me. I then received a follow-up survey about my customer service experience (I guess this agent decided to close my case) so I gave my honest feedback hoping someone would reach out to speak with me further. Crickets. I guess GreenPan doesn't care about the obligations of it's warranty which it spells out clear as day on their website: "The warranty period for the product’s Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating is limited to two (2) years from the date of your purchase." So chipping of the ceramic coating is covered for 2 years but since that's normal, you won't do anything about it? Really disappointed they couldn't just own up to the defects in these pans and correct the situation. I don't like leaving negative reviews about a product that should in theory be good, but the customer service totally ruins the company for me and I will never buy GreenPan again.
