This cream did wonders for my skin.
UPDATE: April 2021:Four years in and this cream is a staple. Sometimes I'll stop using it and shift to other creams only for my skin to slowly go back to its rough, flaky, red state. That's when I remember this cream and why I love it so much.I can't tell you if this will work for you, but I can tell you that nothing else helped me... not other sulfuric ointments, not salicylic acid, not super "clean" products formulated for super sensitive skin that cost way more than they should - nothing. This cream works for me. A single tube, even with daily use, lasts me easily six months or so, so it's an economical buy to try out.Whether it's this product or another, I hope you find something that works for your skin!!UPDATE: June 20th, 2019:This is still a must-have for me. It's the only thing that helps keep my skin free of scaly patches and all sorts of redness. At this point I just mix it into my moisturizer right before applying and it "melts" into my skin perfectly and without drying me out.Really fantastic product - literally the only thing I've found that works so well.UPDATE: April 16th, 2018:This cream is still working for me! I've been pairing it with a gentle salicylic acid scrub and an oil-free moisturizer, and the change in my skin is amazing. Mixing the cream with the moisturizer works just as well and seems to help me avoid some of the dry-skin issues that can crop up. I highly recommend it!--------I purchased this cream on September 25, 2017, and have been using it ever since it arrived. It's been a fixed presence in my skincare routine for about four months, in other words, so I feel like I've used it long enough to leave an accurate review.I adore this stuff, to put it simply. My skin used to be very easy to take care of - acne wasn't an issue, I didn't need a lot of skincare products to keep it clear... it was just sort of naturally fine. Not amazing, mind you, but there were no significant issues until a few years ago. I don't know what happened, but my skin went crazy and has never really recovered. More specifically, I've been dealing with patches of flakey, scaley rashes/acne (it seems like both, to be honest), particularly across my forehead, above my eyebrows, down my nose, and around my mouth. This has been a nightmare for me. I've tried so many creams and lotions trying to find something that would calm my skin down. I even went off of all skincare products for several months to rule out an allergic reaction to something, but there was little change.So. I've spent a lot of time over the years trying to figure out what is wrong with my face. Finally I decided to try an option for seborrheic dermatitis. The symptoms and pictures fit, and I really didn't have anything to lose. To be quite frank, I didn't expect this to work at all.You guys, it worked so well. When you read reviews and people say that there was an "immediate" change, you roll your eyes, right? How dramatic - not to mention impossible, since your skin takes around a month to fully acclimate to a product... so even if something seems like it's a good option at first, it might end up being worse for your skin after a few weeks. I'm going to say the following even though I'm fully aware of the reaction these words would inspire within me: there was an almost immediate change in my skin when I began using this cream. And when I say "almost immediate", I mean that I used it at night, went to bed, and when I woke up the next day my face was significantly less red and less flakey and just looked healthier and clearer.I don't know exactly what it is in this cream that works for me - maybe the sulfur. It's been working for me consistently since the first night I used it, so whatever is in it works well for my skin. It doesn't turn my skin into a porcelain mask or anything - it's not flawless. But the difference between how it was before and how it is now is night and day. With all of that said, there are a few things you should be aware of when making the decision to purchase (or not) this cream. It does smell like sulfur. No one aside from me is able to smell it once it's on my face, and it's not overwhelmingly strong. I can smell it a bit even after it is on my face. Again, it's not an overwhelming scent and doesn't bother me.This cream does dry out my skin. To help combat this, I've been using a gentle facial scrub in the shower, using this cream when I get out, and then covering my face with an oil-free moisturizer for sensitive skin. This combination leaves my skin softer than I ever remember it being. That's it, to be honest - there aren't many downsides to this product for me. I'm still on the same tube I originally purchased - a tiny bit of this really does go a long way. As long as I stay up on moisturizing my face every day, my skin feels hydrated. If you're dealing with some of the same issues I described above, then I'd recommend trying this cream. It's not cost-prohibitive to do so, and it seems like it really does work wonders for at least some of us. I know it's not a well-known skincare brand and you might be wary of the integrity of the reviews, but it just works so well... give it a shot if you're so inclined.

Changed my life.
I’m a bit angry. I have spent decades going to the dermatologist for my Seborrheic dermatitis. Basically, I have been bathing in hydrocortisone and ketoconazol. They helped but never really helped. So I started doing my own research to finally fix this myself. I ran across this bottle and was like “it must be gimmicky”. But since it said “Seborrheic dermatitis” on the bottle and it’s inexpensive, I’ll play Russian roulette and see what happens. This stuff fixed my skin on day 1. I took a loofa to get the flakes off(knowing it would turn me red) but I wanted my skin as empty as possible. Then applied the cream and within an hour my skin looked perfect. The redness from my rosacea was gone too. I can’t believe how something so simple can stop something so quickly. You still have to cleanse your skin well. But after you do, and then add the cream you’ll be in heaven. My skin usually starts to tighten up and feel like a shell. That’s when I know it’s about to push out all that crap. I haven’t had that feeling since I’ve started. I’m not saying it won’t come back because I haven’t used it long enough to say that. But I will say you need this in your arsonal of skin care. It’s freaking insane how well it worksMy doctor is going to get a mouthful when next I see him. How a dermatologist doesn’t know about this is simply ludicrous.Thank you for this product. It’s changed my life. Also, not sure why the photos are sideways. They just uploaded that way.Update: I posted this on June 20th, 2020 and Now it's 3/10/2021. So I feel like I can give an honest update and a thorough one. I was using the cream daily, twice a day actually, and it was heaven. Whenever I started to try and reduce my usage I could feel the junk accumulating under my skin and ready to push itself out. So I'd hurry and apply more cream and it would prevent it from happening. I know I am not a doctor so I'm going to describe everything on what I felt it was doing. It may not actually be doing what I'm saying but it FELT that way. Yes, it did burn around the eyes a little, where the skin was at its thinnest. But it felt like that burning sensation was actually killing the problem. Like a cleanser. So I dealt with that sensation, and it lasted about a minute, and then it was fine. What I did to combat that was bought a seborrheic dermatitis night cream. The front of the bottle just says Manuka Honey (in a square) and then Seborrheic Dermatitis Face Cream (on Amazon), It's all organic and it's perfect to apply to the eyes at night(it's a little thick), but it relieves that burning sensation. For added relief, keep it in the refrigerator and the coldness will also help in alleviating any minor burning sensation. As a face wash in the shower, I used DEFENSE anti-fungal soap and then Zinc therapy soap by DERMAHARMONY. After, adding the daily soaps, once in the morning and once in the evening, I realized that I could reduce the amount of cream I was using. The soaps seemed to be working as the maintenance that is keeping the seborrheic dermatitis away. I use the cream once or twice a week now. Unless I get lazy, and then a break-out occurs, then it's back to a solid 5 days of the cream to kill whatever is growing back. So, wash your face daily with the soaps(they each last me a few months since they're face only). Then apply the cream, and use the thicker cream previously mentioned if you feel like your eyes are irritated or dry. I rarely ever have an issue now. It was a daily struggle. This cream is an angel in my opinion. Thanks to whoever created this. It truly changed my mental health as well. As long as I follow the regimen I mentioned, I don't even have to worry about breakouts anymore. It's like I don't even have a problem at all. Anyone can feel free to reach out if they have any questions for me. I know just how horrible it can be and there's really no need to go through it anymore. This cream is everything. Please try it. I hate that anyone has to go through this horrible skin problem. Kerrychad IG.

Very good results
I have tried many stuff before this, but this thing does magic to my face skin. Uses it when I start noticing the dry skin and within 2 days all is gone. The only down side is the smell, very strong one.

Stinky, but effective
I had been getting red, scaly patches all over my face. Angry red bumps that weren't really quite pimples. I spent months just miserable. It itched, it hurt, it was ugly. This cream was a miracle for me. Within 2 days everything cleared up. I couldn't believe it. I've been using it every night for about 5 months now. It's even helped with hormonal breakouts when I'm close to my period.I cannot recommend this enough. It does smell bad, it's sulfur. Especially after it sits on your skin for a little while. Definitely use it close to bedtime so you can wash it off before you go anywhere. This and Aztec Clay mixed with green tea and apple cider vinegar once a week has kept my skin in good condition.
