Call Amazon. They have always been helpful when I call. They will contact the seller for you. The seller will then in turn contact you. If the seller doesn't come thru, then Amazon will help you.

I’m not aware of there being an expiration date on ChapStick.

Q: If I order today, will I receive the new formula or the old formula? I'm hoping for the older version.

I purchased this 12-pack August of 2022. It is the older mediated version. I've bought this for years, so I know it is the same. I received exactly what is pictured. I only have one left from the 12-pack. I hope this and the video helps.
