ARIAT Small Stained Wood Boot Jack with Padded Edge

his boot jack is a simple but essential tool for anyone who wears boots regularly! It’s incredibly sturdy and works exactly as intended. I used to struggle with getting my boots off after a long day, but with this boot jack, it’s effortless. The design is perfect—just slip the heel of the boot into the jack, and with a little push, the boot comes off easily without any bending or straining. The material is durable and built to last, and it doesn’t scratch or damage the boots. I especially love that it keeps the boots clean because I don’t have to worry about touching the outside of the boots with dirty hands. It’s also very stable on the ground, so I don’t have to worry about it slipping while I’m using it. This boot jack is perfect and works great! For those of us who have cowboy boots (no zippers) this is the perfect tool for removing boots and I'm so glad someone told me about it!

What I didn't like is the designation this item is size "small." Many if not most people think that means it will only work on small boots, such as a children or women's boots. This is not the case. "Small" merely distinguishes it from the physical difference in dimensions of Ariat's larger boot jack and has nothing to do with the size of the boot it can pull. It actually easily works well on large boots. My boot size is eleven and it works as well as the plastic Job Site and Boot Hunter boot pullers except for two things-- this Ariat boot jack is not plastic and seems sturdier. OK, a third thing-- I think it looks a heckuva lot better than the plastic ones if you plan on leaving it out by the front door, for example. Just eyeballing the Ariat and Job Site pullers, they appear to be the exact same size. This item is the type of quality, design and construction characteristic of the Ariat brand. Unfortunately for whoever is selling this item on amazon I'm guessing sales are lost from people thinking a "small" won't work on their boots. Fortunately for me, I took a chance it would work on my large boots and got a good product at a great price.

Definitely worth getting if you have a hard time getting your boots of it is easy to use and my husband uses it all the time and even takes it with him when he goes put of town.

On the plus side it is sturdy and easy to keep in place. On the con side the opening only allows the very back of my boot or shoe to be grasped. It says “small” but it too small for me. I wear Ariat boots and like their quality. I think the show size it’s made for should be posted. I wear a women’s size 7.
