We bought this to seal ~20 lbs of fish we filleted. The instructions are fair but we figured it out pretty easily. The bags that came with it as a kit seemed to work OK (~90% vacuum and seal rate), as did the roll of bags. However the additional bags (purchased from Amazon at the same time as machine) would only vacuum and seal ~25% of the time. The machine would not bring the bag to vacuum. I'm trying another brand of bags but they all seem to be generic in design. It is very frustrating when food is loaded in the bag and it will not vacuum down.

This sealer is a game changer. I smoke a lot of food so it’s great for getting the marinade to really infuse with the meat. It’s easy to use and can use bags from different companies.

Feels durable,i hope it will last long,but so far it works great,it arrived on time and they packed it very well,all the accessories that came with it are in good shape,this one is much better than the first one i bought,the size is good and has a little weight,it comes with the vacuum bags and roll bags so i can make bags by sizes if i wanted to,which a plus,it easily does its job,thanks to the manual that comes with it i didnt have a hard time to use it,very helpful,i like the wet and dry setting works good and it sealed and vacuum bag quick and well done,Make sure you press it down til you hear the click sound or else it wont vacuum or sealed properly

Just unpacked the food sealer and sealed 12 pub burgers, two packages of chicken breast, two packages of chicken thighs, and 6 individual pounds of ground beef. I plan to buy bulk meet on sale and freeze. Also looking forward to freezing vegetables this year. Sealer is easy to use and easy to clean. Glad I made the purchase. Plan to use it often, so I hope it holds up-

This is a Great Quality and a Great Price. I loved the coupon and it was a great extra value. The features are very impressive in this YTE Food Vacuum and it has a very power suction sealer motor. I love the feature that I can use it for dry and wet foods. It is quite simple to figure out how to use. This will save our family in a lot of wasted food dollars I highly recommend this product.

At first I was a tad bit worried when I saw the box and the instructions weren't exactly through but once I figured it out how to cut the film, vacuum and which color represented dry food or wet food, I was off and running. I was able to seal and vacuum 3 slabs of ribs that fit into the seal bags that came with the vacuum sealer to right into the freezer to warm up later in the week. Definitely a must have if you do not have the money to get an super vacuum sealer. Simple for a storing food for the simple person.

I had another cheaper sealer and this blows it away. It has two different settings to not ruin your softer foods. Even has a wet setting. I use this 4 to 5 times a day and so far it's great.

I bought this because my husband just bought us a deep freezer so I can finally store meat instead of buying it a few times per week. After a little research, I chose this one because of the reviews and low price point (I’m a beginner and don’t need a complex machine or industrial strength. Because I knew I would spend all of the bags that came with the machine playing with it / figuring it out, I bought extra bags on Amazon but was worried that they wouldn’t work properly as some of the reviews said this. They work great. I’ve also had fun resealing all the open bags around the house (chips, cereal, etc.) so that they stay fresh, and this works great for the job (family not happy they have to open a “new bag” wash time, but are also laughing at my enjoyment of the machine). It’s easy to use, it helps me buy in bulk and store food for our large family, and it works wonderfully, especially for the price.
