Very easy to use, I like that the bottle screws into place. It looks great in my kitchen, and it disappears, unlike some of the big plastic lumps of the rival brands.The canister exchange programme is great, easy to set up and use, and good value - 4 refills for £40 delivered to you when you need them and taking away your empties.The water fizzes really well, and holds it's fizz well in the bottle providedAlso this product is ethically produced, unlike rival brand, which was important to me.I wasn't totally convinced before I bought it, I mean I can buy 3 litres of fizzy water for 20p at the supermarket. But this saves on single use plastic bottles, and even more important it saves on the massive environmental impact of producing any bottled water compared to tap water. Obviously the best eco solution is not to drink fizzy water.... But if you are going to drink it this is the best way to do it, even if it works out more expensive than buying it from a shop.

I absolutely love this item. Bought it so that I had a nice alternative to alcoholic drinks. It looks great, is easy to use and you can make your water as fizzy as you like it - perfect!

This looks great and is relatively simple to use. My only concern with its use is that you have to angle a full bottle of water around the carbonation spike - I think there is a risk the spike gets damaged. A similar risk of damage remains if the unit is left without the bottle attached. Both I suspect are a result of its simllicity/minimalist style.In terms of a functionality improvement - the option to make a smaller volume of soda would be good.The soda tastes great and with practice I'm sure the amount of carbonation will be relatively easy to achieve.Once restarted, the recycle programme looks attractive.My main disappointment is with the main unit build, I would have expected anodized aluminium or the like. It is made of hard plastic and whilst it looks great from a distance it feels a little cheap for the price. Conversely, the bottle is nicely made with a metal end cap over a solid plastic bottle.

The media could not be loaded.  Bubbles, bubbles, bubbles! We love drinking sparkling water so this immediately caught our eye on Amazon.Cheaper than competitors, and fits in to our house decor beautifully. Simple to use, great instructions and a really good sized bottle, plus we’re saving plastic!My advice, tightly screw in the canister, make sure you fill the water between min/ max and do 2 x 3 second bursts for the perfect finish!

Great design and looks good. However, it seems that you have to sign up to their CO2 cylinder replacement program. For example, I could not exchange original cylinder for a sodastream (compatible) at Argos. Therefore paying full price.

This product may look nice in photos, but it’s very poorly made out of plastic. Unlike the soda stream you have to screw the bottle in place, which is a little cumbersome. This product was a Christmas gift, which meant it was not used immediately. After changing the gas bottle (greater than 30 days after purchase) the product stopped working.I contacted the seller a number of times, they did not respond.I contacted Amazon, and as it was greater than 30 days they could not assist.So I am now left very disappointed with a cheap bit of plastic.I would not recommend this product at all.

This is a brilliant product, I am absolutely delighted with it. We go through so much fizzy water as a family which is not only becoming very expensive, but I am conscious of how much plastic we are consuming. The Carbonator ticks all the boxes - its environmentally clean, its inexpensive to run, the quality of the fizz is brilliant, and it looks incredibly stylish too. I love the sleek design and am proud to have it on display on my countertop!

I chose the CO2 You over the Soda Stream based on the reviews - a lot of people commenting that the Soda Stream was difficult to use and having seen some videos it certainly looked a bit of a faff. This one, apart from looking incredibly smart is very straightforward to use. I’ve purchased a pair of Soda Stream bottles to use with it so that I always had a good supply of sparkling water cooling in the fridge and they work perfectly with this machine (£13.99 for 2 v £19.99 each from co2you). Although I purchased the CARBONATOR from Amazon I contacted co2you, gave them proof of purchase and they added me to their refill programme. The next day 4 x 60l gas bottles delivered for £40 which I thought very reasonable. Redelivery and collection of empties in 3 months unless I change the schedule and no money taken up front - each refill purchase done as a normal sale.I don’t know how this compares in price of store bought sparkling water but I found it tiresome to carry more than a couple at a time unless I drove to the supermarket, it wasn’t always available and, best of all, no recycle bin full of plastic bottles. No complaints to date, very happy with my purchase.
