It was easy to install and it had the new seal as well it's very bright and looks beautiful on my truck 💙 I would buy again if I need it it's been on a month and I haven't had any problems!!

Fit’s 2001 Silverado , updated style looks great.Picture on line is accurate but it will fit.

Have had it a while (since Jan2022); and just recently installed it, this summer 2023. Original had 'yellowed' some. Good fit. Works. Hasn't leaked yet. Brake light could be a little brighter to match original, or have more LEDs in it; but it is acceptable. The cargo (bed) light could be a lot brighter down on the bed floor. Shines fine straight back on the closed tailgate, and against the garage door. Simple fix, is to angle the white LEDs down some inside the light housing, so they point toward the cargo bed floor. UPDATE - 01Oct2025: faded, red is now an orangish red

Product was very easy to install and came with a new weather seal. Very bright over the factory 3rd break light.

Gasket fits opposite of what you think it should. I took my time and dry fit it before peeling adhesive. Don’t overtighten fasteners or housing is likely to break. No leaks. Looks good. As others have stated, cargo light isn’t as bright as OEM. Still plenty of useful light. Would buy again.

Even though all the info I entered was correct the cargo light was too long. Had to send it back. Also didn’t come with the gasket.
