Did absolutely nothing very dissatisfied

Unfortunately I am unable to take this product without a reaction to the zinc levels. Stomach distress is not in alignment with anxiety relief....

I definitely feel more relaxed - without the sleepy/drowsy side effects of prescription versions. I really didn't expect this to be such a great supplement - especially for being all-natural/over-the-counter, but I am really happy with it. I've been taking two pills a day, twice a day for less than a week and already feel more peaceful, calm, and have less stress.
