I have used C4 (Fruit Punch)and LIT (some berry flavor I forgot)in the past .... This product is extreme VFM .... Causes no jitters or crashes if you know what I mean... Few months back I was using Black Coffee , Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine(which causes those sharp pinching needle like sensation)... Personally I like the pinching needle sensation.... only because it reminds me I have taken something .... Now coming back to this product vs C4 and LIT.... I bought the Pina Colada flavour ... It smells of coconut but not so much of pineapple but that's ok for me ... This is Day 2 of using the product .... And I will say it works ... My training schedule is very rigorous consisting of 5 days a week for 2.5 hrs a day ... Many will say it's insane but I hit all the muscle groups along with compund movements which requires rest hence the time required is high .... This Pre workout lets me to come back from the gym and work till 2 AM with no signs of sleep ... Taking half a scoop for now only on heavy days ... Also one more thing I want to state that this Pre workout also suppresses apetite ..good for people on calorie deficit ... Having used LIT in the past I seriously had trouble to sleep so for C4 I used half scoop and for Wild Buck Hyper Charge also half the scoop provided ... One more thing .. if someone starts thinking that Pre workout regularly used will give same results it's not since your receptors will be habituated and you will need more ... So use it on extreme volume days and the recommended dosage should be taken as intended by the company otherwise you will see how your heart beats will be much faster ... Loved this product and will buy in the future again ... So I used 2 days before providing my review ... Again I will say you will not get something better than this at this attractive price ...UPDATE...Purchased for the 3rd time ... Saw all those negative reviews about itching .... Take only half scoop to begin with.... I personally didnt face any problem with this...

I have been using this pre workout for almost 4 months. It's a good pre workout for people who do like 30 to 1 hrs workout after that it crashed ...I used to do 1 scope but since I do around 2 3 hrs workout I notice that this pre workout crashed after 1 hours you dont get enough energy or blood pumping....its react very fast in body in 30 to 1 mins it will give u beta alaine sensation itchy and tingling but don't worry it's normal for pre workout with high amount of beta alaine....if you are beginner or only do workout for like 1 hrs max go for it...for long duration energy I won't suggest it will crashed drastically.....and taking this pre workout didn't effect my sleep...only reason I stopped because of crashed . Anyway good for 1 hrs or beginner.

It's good, this product help to increase my energy level in gym, I feel it. I lifted more weights than before after using this end2end nutrition i absolutely love this. But this rate is little bit high with comparing other creatine, but the result is tooo good 👍🏻
