Usually just add it to my whey protein after a workout or my casein at night if no workout that day. Good stable price and micronized. They used to make a good pre workout so I've seen the company around awhile. This product doesnt bother me at all when I take it.

Not the best in water, but it’s definitely do-able. If I put it in water, I personally need another water bottle that doesn’t have creatine in it to chase the creatine water. But when I put the creatine in lemonade powder and then add water and mix, the creatine absolutely has no taste and it’s literally just a small cup of lemonade. I don’t recommended drinking too much at a time, (two-three scoops) especially on the loading phase, start the loading phase with one and a half or two scoops. If two-three, take them at different times of the day, not all at once or else it might cause you some discomfort. Otherwise great creatine. Great strength from it, I feel and look better in the mirror. It’s lightweight and dissolves pretty well. My performance in the gym is better, and along with a Mike Mentzer split, this is a bunch of bang for my buck. Great pricing.
