I have Ehlers danlos so chronic pain has long been an issue for me when sleeping. I’ve had multiple mattress toppers over the years and have always been reluctant to overspend on them but this is worth the price. SO comfy, just the right amount of support to stop me hurting myself in my sleep. I am sleeping so much better. The only downside is it was very hard to move house with - we didn’t have removals and it would not fit in my car as it won’t stay rolled up easily, but that would not affect my buying decision.

I am extremely pleased with this topper, very well made and extremely comfortable. Quite firm. It arrived early afternoon, it was left to expand for several hours, and then put on the bed. Very little smell.

I bought this for my son who complained his new bed was too hard. After the first night of sleeping on it, he gave me a thumbs up and said it was comfortable, which was a huge relief after we just spend hundreds on a new mattress that the computerized bed at a local bed store recommended was perfect for my son's weight and body. This topper was compressed in the packaging, but the minute we opened it and laid it out on the bed to air out a little, it started to resume it's normal shape and fill out. I've had another topper in the past which had to be aired out for a week because it was so smelly, this did have a slight odour but by the end of the day of airing out, the smell wasn't too bad that it couldn't be used that night. I researched all the different toppers online and I really liked that this one had gel and a bamboo/charcoal layer to heat regulation. Also, I specifically bought a three inch topper to add comfort to the current mattress and felt that something thicker might defeat the purpose, three inch thickness was perfect on this occasion based on my son's weight. I had a sneaky try of the bed with the new topper and I can say it does form around the body making it comfortable, yet not too soft. I know from my own previous topper that they do sort of break in over time and become more comfortable, so whilst it's soft and comfortable, it does feel "new" but I know it will break in more with use. I would buy this this again and I would recommend it simply because it also has a guarantee to try with the option of returning if you aren't satisfied. Very satisfied son and happy mom because the worry of my son's back aching is over, he's finally comfortable in his new bedroom.

Superb topper, I have had mine for around two months and I find it's very very good, the best night's sleep I have had for a very long time, my back and shoulder, which I have had trouble with for years, is feeling a lot better, the topper is a godsend.

Delivery was amazing quick but has caused me more back pain than originally had. I’m going to suffer today. Too soft to the point my partner kept falling over to my side as I’m the heavier. She woke up half way through the night saying, ‘we can’t sleep on this again’Please how do I return and get my money back?
