Great book for all aspiring Trainers ! BUY IT AND USE IT ! GREAT STUFF !! A must for all experienced and aspiring Trainers! Its the mother of all Train the Trainer books ! Lots and lots of research and thought management has gone into writing this book ! Anyone and everyone would love to become a Corporate Trainer after reading this book ! Along with the Skills Converged ready to use Training Material on all aspects of Leadership skills and Soft skills it is a lethal combination . Hats off to the Skills Converged team for coming up with such a great Train the Trainer book and self study course as well !!

This book was of my masters program. I decided to use this book for training and purchased the newest edition. The content for in person training is solid. There was no materials for virtual training.

Best Book ever found in terms of Train the Trainers Program.

I have left the world of teaching children and moved into teaching adults. This book confirmed many techniques are transferable as well as providing lots of things to think about and reflect upon. Scenarios used are relatable and useful. A very worthwhile read. However… the amount of spelling and punctuation errors are very frustrating and the font used was not very easy on the eyes.
