Looks great in the bathrooms we put them in and 100% does the job. Easy to install Just be careful not to hit or ding them. They can bend/loosen in the wall easily and then they kind of become a nightmare.

This would work for thin TP like Scott, but any plush TP is too thick and won’t fit.

It was simple enough to install and it looks very elegant. It is metal so it should last a while. In the box they provided screws of varying sizes and wall anchors in case you need them. I opted to attach the toilet paper holder to the vanity.

With only one point of attachment, it's important to get the base plate securely attached to the wall and the holder secured to the base plate. Took a couple of tries to get it solid. Now it's great.

It won’t tighten up

Brand new powder room, ordered this and had it installed by our contractor, within a couple weeks it came loose and was no longer level. Kept tilting down so toilet paper would fall off. The mounting bracket on the back is round with a small divot for the mounting screw to secure into. But no matter how much I tightened the screw it continued to come loose. I dismantled it and made sure the bracket was secure to the wall (it was), I used 3M tape to try and keep it secure… nothing helped. Finally ordered KES brand. Their version is identical but their mounting bracket is square so even if the mounting screw were to loosen, the square bracket would catch and keep it level. Highly suggest KES, we have a few other fittings in the bathroom by that brand and have been pleased so far. El toallero es muy bonito y el material se siente resistente. Lo único fue que el pegamento le faltó mayor adherencia aunque igual lo puede montar con taquete.

Nice looking and finish is decent. Cannot get ot to stay straight, the screw that holds it in position is tiny and doesn't get any purchase to after a few days of use it always sags down. Messes with my ocd
