This is the second set of disks (previously from a different company) I had purchased. With the first ones, my feet slipped off the disks and didn't work at all. These disks worked perfectly well, my feet stayed on the disks and I am able to do mountain climbers with them as they glide on carpet quiet easily. I am happy with this set.

I use these at the gym and they are perfect for stretching.

They are well made and work very well. These are the ones we use at the gym in class. It included4 online workouts but I have not tried to access them as I do moves that I have learned in mystrength class.

Previously I tried to use supper sliders/furniture sliders which kept getting stuck on my carpet. So I bit the bullet and paid $15 for these plates. I’m thrilled that they glide real well on my carpet. But not so thrilled about paying $15 for a “like” dollar store plate. Overall, I am happy with this purchase as paying 7X the price for a $1 item is not as bad as paying 5X on a more expensive item. In the end, they do their intended job of sliding on the carpet, where the furniture sliders only work on some carpets.

These were delivered on time and are exactly what I wanted.

They have excellent glide for hardwood floors, but I personally find the diameter too wide. Makes them a bit awkward when using together in a core move like a pike plank for example.

well made, slide well on wood floor, but still maintain a bit of resistance, that's a good thing.
