The rug came unexpectedly early by three days-tracking wasn't brilliant but really happy with this and glad I was in to take the delivery! Packaging was great. The rug is soft, well made and looks amazing for the price. Really happy with this purchase . I think it will be okay to clean but deep pile might make shampooing a little difficult-no matter, I hoovered it after laying it and that was easy enough-just a little fluff as it is new.
