Anyone who has ever installed a Samsung Frame or any other similar design knows that you have to deal with the "One Connect" box, it's the power supply and input jack pack, it's also about 13" wide by about 4.5" by about 2.5" , so if you are lucky enough to to have an equipment cabinet below the tv, then great your install will be pretty easy, but most folks who spend the extra money for the "Frame" will not have anything below as it will detract from it aesthetically. In this case there was a high tech electric fireplace below so no chance of having any kind of furniture to hide the One connect box.So Plan B, mount the One Connect behind the frame in the wall, this box worked perfect. I was able to relocated the power outlet to one of two optional locations in the box, the wall was framed 16" on center so this box fit perfectly between the studs, the One Connect fit prefect inside the box with room for hdmi and power connections and still plenty of room to breath. the slit in the face plate was excellent to pass the control cable from the One Connect to the Frame and the slim fit (maybe 1/8" ) did not interfere with the Frame being flush with the wall, it was a clean install and the Frame hung as it was designed!Will definitely use on the next Frame install!!!

This is a good box for the price. It looks very good once it is installed. As others have mentioned there is very little tolerance for close stud spacing.The plastic is soft enough to make removing knockouts easy as well as any trimming needed to get things to fit. I installed it as new work and the flexible tabs that screw to the studs are nice and don’t skew the box if the studs are off a little. If you are comfortable doing some trimming or shimming on the studs you should do fine if they are off a little.

Told a customer, "Sure, I can do that" as a cabinet guy, even though I minored in electrics. This went in fairly easy. The place they wanted it had wires running on the insides of the studs on both side and was slightly smaller then the box itself but was able to make work. With the quality of the box, made it easy to mount, and functioned right, was probably just the wrong bay. Priced better then box store and the plastic was able to flex

I installed this enclosure in my garage to house ethernet to coax cable hardware. The box does not come with any support bracket or and straps. I used 3M double tape to fix the components onto the enclosure. The holes were not at convenient spacings to use tie wraps for most of the hardware I was using. I also installed a surge protector strip This enclosure only accepts smaller electrical outlet boxes. I took the outlet cutout to a local big box hardware store and was able to find one along with the plug and faceplate. It was a lot cheaper than buying the outlet kit.

Used this for our Samsung Frame TV. We needed to install a box in the fireplace behind where the TV sits and it felt overwhelming to try to find the right box. We needed up buying two and ended up keeping this one out of the two. It's a good size that we can fit all the cords and device management that we need but not too bulky. Allows our Frame TV to sit completely flat against the wall. The plastic is sturdy enough, without being extreme.

Super easy to install and the instructions were clear. Has multiple options for mounting it into the was stud or no stud. Fits my Samsung Frame box and Apple TV easily.

Why oh why wouldn't the enclosure designer allow some tolerance for studs that aren't exactly 16" on center?! Perhaps the enclosure could be 14" - 1/8"? But, nooooooo. It's not that framers spend more than a millisecond getting the studs EXACTLY 16" on center. So, after the giant hole is cut in the drywall you're quite likely to find out the enclosure doesn't fit if the studs are a 1/16" too close.
