Excellent value, quality materials, good design.
A genuinely useful bag well suited to contain a mobile individual trauma kit—something everyone around loaded firearms should have, and in today’s world not a bad idea for everyone to have (even if you are not yet trained, you can make it available to someone who is). A tight fit to get in all the trauma basics, but when opened they are all readily identifiable and accessible. The bags small size and many attachment/detachment options make it easy to store in a small vehicle and much more likely to be readily accessed and taken along outside the vehicle—which means everything when dealing with a major traumatic injury. Similarly, it is a good size to stow in or on a daypack or backpack, or even a large range bag. There are so many little features and design decisions that increase the utility of the bag, for example, the cinch strap also removes stress on the main zipper and is positioned such that small items attached to the outside (say a flashlight or shears attached with WebDominator clips) have a second “fail safe” hold down.Materials and construction are amazingly good for the price, and should provide many years of service in all but the harshest environments. My bag came with one minor problem in that a single tooth of the main zipper was attached crooked to its zipper tape, likely a zipper supplier defect, not readily apparent so I don’t fault Orca. I probably should have returned the bag for replacement (which I’m confident would have been handled without issue), but a little work with a needle-nosed pliers and the self healing zipper design, allowed me to put this bag to immediate use. It also attests to the basic ruggedness of the zipper.I would seriously consider getting a second one of these in a contrasting color for use as minor injury/discomfort FAK (as opposed to individual major trauma kit), if I didn’t already carry in my Jeep a large Unimed EMT Pack with an oxygen tank as a base camp kit, a Comprehensive Adventure Medical Kits bag repurposed as minor injury /medicine “booboo” kit (e.g., blisters, scrapes, headache, lost filling), a dedicated burn kit, and yet another bag specialized for dog emergency care (such as tubes and needles to treat bloat)—yes, SAR missions and my personal adventures have put all of this to use.In summary, this bag is an excellent choice to contain an individual major trauma kit or minor FAK— I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend to others this bag or seller.

Nice little Molle bags that can be used for a First Aid kit or lots of other stuff.
I recently bought a small hydration pack for long runs and training hikes. It happened to have a Molle system it was very small and light weight. I started thinking, gee if I could carry a first aid kit and a cook system, this could be a day pack for backpacking. So I searched around for a Molle pouch that was a little bigger than my current fist aid kit which is bursting at the seams. I also wanted to get a pouch that could hold a Pocket Rocket canister stove along with fuel, my 24 oz pot, a canister stand, and eating utensils.I ordered two of these pouches and they have worked out very well. One carries all my first aid gear comfortably and it's on the outside of the small pack where it's accessible rather than the inside. The other fits all my lightweight kitchen gear in one pouch with a little space left over. The Molle system is really versatile and these pouches just enhance that versatility with the Velcro attachment. I can leave the two Velcro attachments on my small hydration pack permanently but simply rip these two pouches off in seconds if I'm just going for a run or a 3 hour training hike. If i want to use the small pack for a day pack, the pouches reattach as quickly as they came off. When I'm using my full size 110 liter backpack, these pouches get stowed inside since it's not a Molle compatible pack. But I still have a one pouch grab-n-go first aid kit and kitchen bag that keeps everything in one place. These are well designed and manufactured. The fabric is 600 denier polyester. The zippers work smoothly and the pulls are nicely sized for easy grip. The Velco pad includes a security strap and snap buckle so you're not relying solely on the Velco to keep the pouch in place if it gets snagged by a tree limb or you slide down a rock face on your rear end. There's also a Velco strap at the top of the bag to hold it closed if the zipper pulls get snagged and pulled open. There's a reasonable number of pockets and pouches inside for a first aid kit. But they don't add much bulk if you're suing it as a general cargo pouch like I'm doing with my cook set.Lastly, I bought the Coyote Brown color and it's true to the Coyote color. It doesn't match the hydration pack I bought but that was advertised as "Tan". It's close enough though. I'm not trying to impress anyone with my fashion sense.

Great trauma/first aid bag. VERY well built and super fast shipping!
Great bag and great company! Before I get to the bag itself I just want to talk about the excellent customer service. A day after I ordered this bag I received an email from the seller thanking me for my order and they also included a PDF file of a list of items most people pack in to a field trauma bag like this. I sent them a quick thank you and they almost immediately responded thanking me again and that if I needed anything at all to contact them. It's VERY rare to get customer service this good these days. Now on to the bag. I LOVE this thing! It has a very heavy duty feel to it and the zippers feel very sturdy. Also the Velcro on it is very secure and needs a pretty good pull to get it off the base plate. No worries of this thing getting caught on something and being pulled off! Also it has the buckled strap that acts as an extra safety from it being accidentally torn off. The MOLLE straps on the back are double thickness like they're supposed to be and the snaps are heavy grade metal snaps. It also has extra MOLLE webbing on the front of the pouch to attach items to it if needed. It also has two metal D rings on the back of it near the top for attaching any extra items to it. It's compact enough to fit on a chest rig/[late carrier but has enough room inside to hold plenty of first aid gear. Inside it has several pouches along with wide bungee straps for securing plenty of items inside. It also comes with a small removable mesh bag for small, loose items in like maybe small pill bottles or something. All in all this is a VERY nice medical bag and I was extremely impressed for the money! If this had one of the "big names" on it, it would probably be a $50+ bag.
