Very down to Earth book (2 in 1). It covers nature and practice of magic if one wants to learn the art in style of famous figures like Dion Fortune, W. E. Butler, Murry Hope, Gareth Knight...this is the book for that purpose. It contains many exercises insights into the esoteric (pathworkings, meditations. pantheons, sound healing, common sense advices, use of talismans...) as well as nice system of planetary magic (in first book and it is elaborated in second).Price is hot and you will get 2 interesting books in 1!And I repeat please bring more old Aquarian titles like "Incantations and words of power" by Eric Maple.

Lose weight, stop smoking, eat more (raw) fruits and vegetables, exercise, pay more attention to your senses, get in touch with nature, keep a journal, review all your bad memories, and practice visualizing what a fork looks like until you can hold the image firmly in your mind. I have to say, there is something cold and harsh in the tone of this book that makes me feel ANYTHING in life- even accounting- would be more interesting than magic. This a pretty much a self-improvement book with various mental & visualization exercises thrown in.However, I have not reached the end of the book yet, and I have partially been skimming... so maybe I missed something wonderful?
