My go to Nootropic - and ive tried everything else i could get my hands on :)
These have become my go-to supplement for study/work when I need that extra focus and concentration boost. Ive dabbled in nootropics for years and these are now my favourite - as they have a noticable impact but dont then ruin your sleep or mood after too.Unlike some prescription alternatives I've tried in the past, which often disrupted my sleep, these capsules seem to fade gently without any lingering effects. I can take them during the day without worrying about them affecting my night's rest.I first heard about them about a year ago through Andrew Huberman, and I've been a fan ever since. The recommended dose is two capsules, but often just one is enough for me to feel that added mental clarity and focus. I also try not to use them every day to avoid building up a tolerance.A friend of mine uses them daily but has had to increase his dosage over time, which is something I'm cautious to avoid. Occasionally, I'll mix in L-Theanine, especially if I'm feeling a bit jittery from coffee. The combination works well for me, keeping the anxiety at bay while maintaining the focus.Overall, the Vitamatic Alpha GPC capsules have been a game-changer for my productivity and focus. Stacked with some of the racetams, you will notice much more mental clarity and focus during the day if you take this every day.

One of the best products I've used from an Athletic and Bodybuilding stand point. Not just that, but I'm confident I feel more motivated and focused. I gave myself 2 weeks off this stuff to make sure and I've now realised the difference this stuff actually makes. 2 a day at 600mg makes the optimal dosage of 1200mg. Perfect in every way and the cheapest option by far. It's not "Needed" but for someone like myself who struggles often with my waking life, supplements like these give a major boost!

It increase my stomach acidity instantly
Very good supplement and cheap (less than in other places and with free premium delivery) but when taken with food makes me struggle with my stomach, which is unusual in general.

My husband has mild dementia and is very forgetful so I am hoping this will perhaps slow down the progress of the disease.

Misleading nutritional info
Bewarw everyone that in the pictures with the nutritional info they do not mention how much of the serving is actually Alpha GPC, but when I got the package it was written on the label that it is only 50% Alpha GPC, meaning that from the 600mg recommended serving only 300mg of it is Alpha GPC. This is misleading since you would normally assume that the entire serving is Alpha GPC.
