I bought this item as a gift and was really pleased. I was pleased with the quality of the item and the gift box. More importantly it does smell lovely, and is reminiscent of an old book store. The recipient was really pleased and mentioned it has lasted a long time

Really cozy and Christmassy smell.

14 quid for 180ml is ridiculous so I was expecting top notch quality. Disappointed.not only it does smoke and just smells like burnt wick but also melts the label.Also, it does look cheap.I was hoping it does smell like bookstore as that would bring some wonderful memories. but was really disappointed. Save yourself some quid and get something else.

Perfect gift for my book loving daughter in law. Smells like old leather, slightly musty and of wood and leather oil. Very nice

This is my experience of dealing with this company that will hopefully warn potential buyers what could happen to them. I bought this as a Christmas present but candle was tiny, felt cheap and did not smell very nice or of an old bokshop at all. As it hadn't I been lit I requested a refund, printed off the return lable and sent it back in January and have been chasing the refund ever since. They ignore messages and when they do reply they say they haven't received the returned item... I think the day and age of items getting lost in transit are long gone! So now I have given up hope of ever seeing my money. I am down £15 and have nothing to show for it, whereas they have pocketed my money and have an addditional product in their stock to make more money from.

Book for a book lover. Not sure if it smells like an old bookshop but it has a nice scent anyway. Don’t intend to repurchase. Wee bit pricy perhaps.
