Cheap and cheerful but not top quality
Bought these for a quick little project. The price is definitely right, but the quality is variable. Some hinges were quite sticky on arrival, so their production processes are not consistent. Of the first ten I pulled out of the packet, 4 were great, 2 were OK once I fiddled with them a while, and 4 were too sticky to use for my project. Maybe oil would fix them, I don't know, as I haven't tried.
