Q: To everyone who bought this tank did you really pay $229 for it? It seams extremely high for just 35 gallon.

I agree, I would get one maybe if it was $129 but this ($229) seems way too high.

Q: Will this fit in the bed of a standard pick up truck that has a tonneau cover?

You will want to measure from the bed to the bottom of the Tonneau cover to be sure.

Q: Is this a one piece molded tank or is this a two piece gluded together in the middle? Thinking of using this as an extra diesel tank.

It’s one piece. Very sturdy. I think it’s made out of the same plastic as a fuel container. If your going to use it on a vehicle, check with DOT. Don’t think it will work for that. Stationary would be fine. I put a 65 gallon Titan fuel tank on my F-350. Love it! Check those out if it’s for a vehicle application.
