Wrong Sending Unit for my 3000
1 st start of the season and the temp gauge pegged as soon as the key turned. Disconnected sending unit and gauge returned to cold. Ordered this sending unit - installed - now temp reads halfway in the overheating ( red ) zone. I ordered a new cluster because the tack was dead and figured maybe this sending unit would work with a replacement instrument cluster. Wrong - still reads half way in the red zone. Now I need to find the correct one. Shipping was quick - thus 2 Stars

You don’t always know if things will work when ordering on the net.
The sending unit was what I ordered but it did not fit my tractor as stated. I gave it to a friend who could use it. The hassle of sending back was just useless.

HOT LIGHT OFF!
For my son in law, so excited his temperature light would come on after just a few minutes of operating his Yamaha Rhino 660, but upon further investigation the motor was not running hot just this small TEMPERATURE SENDER needed to be replaced. SUCH A HAPPY SON IN LAW NOW.
