Not the Best for Rain/Wet Weather
I bought this for my boyfriend's 2008 Mazda Miata MX-5 as a Christmas present. He primarily wanted something because of the rain we've been getting (usually steady rain for about a week at a time), I saw this and thought it would be a great fit.It fits pretty good, the side mirror slots are not too tight and the front and back have an elastic band to keep it on snug. It also comes with two small holes on the side-ends of the cover to thread a car lock through. He decided to try it out last week since he was going to be travelling and he found that there was a leak in his trunk, so he wanted to keep it protected. Unfortunately when he came back, we found that the inside of his car was extremely wet (I'm guessing condensation and possible leak since it was raining the entire time, not hard, just steady) and because of the dampness it started growing mold.Pretty unfortunate, it's probably great for more indoor cars. My boyfriend and I live in a place were we park our cars uncovered outside.

It’s a Glove Fit! nearly
Great fit. That’s what I was looking for. A near glove fit. A little baggy but very good fit. Tie down strap is a great feature. As commented, strap should be weighted down better. No hole for antennae, though whip antennae is standard is this generation. That is significant as, without the hole, you antennae will break if bent.

Okay quality, substandard fitment, marginal value - go to COVERCRAFT instead
Sort of weak. This is standard material used on most every cover underneath a nicer cover. My issue is that it DOES NOT fit the 2017 Miata MX-5 very well, even though it says it does. Now the rub is that is fits "ok." The real issue is the side mirror really pull and it is short a bit. It probably will not rip if kept inside, but outside the side windows are too tight and a 40-60mph wind will tear this thing to shreds.Okay quality, substandard fitment, marginal value

Worth the price and easy to put on. Snug fit
I'm the kind of guy that after every drive I will wipe down and clean any road grime and junk off my cars. After said process I use this cover to help keep anything off it whilst it sits and it's held up well. I've had it for over 6 months and it's survived dust storms and monsoons, heavy winds and annoying birds. It's kept my MX-5 completely dry in rain, as it fits mostly snug, it's a little tight on the side view mirrors. I was skeptical at first for the price but it is worth the price if you like to keep your cars sparkling all year round. Also it would be in good taste to note that the clip that holds it in place snaps underneath the car and has held up great. As far as cleaning the cover of any dust and such, I've kept it on my car and hosed it down, that's how waterproof it is.

Revised: I Regret Buying This
14 Months Later: This product did not age well! It’s made of some kind of multilayered synthetic material which, after one hot/sunny summer and an above-freezing, occasional rainy winter, isheds a heavy, white dust all over the car! When I take it off, the car looks like it’s covered in ash from a brush fire or a light dusting of snow. The car looks terrible. The dust even sticks to the windshield and windows.Since I got the car washed (the only way to get all that dust off), I won’t even put this cover back on. Time to buy something better...Original Review;Very fast & easy to put on/take off of my 07 Miata MX-5. Note that I have to unscrew the radio antenna to put the cover on, but this takes all of 10 seconds.

Perfect fit. Mirror covers are right where they should ...
Purchased for my 2008 PRHT. I had to remove the antenna (unscrews) and then put it on the car. Perfect fit. Mirror covers are right where they should be. Strap that goes under the car was easy to use (I'm a 60+ woman). I live in a very windy area in the PNW and since putting it on we've had a lot of wind and the top has stayed put. I love it! Quality material and workmanship.

Don't waste your money on this cover
You get what you pay for. Don't waste your money on this cover. I used it twice and then bought a proper cover for my MX-5.

Fits snugly
No directions, so it took a while to figure out front and back but finally fit very snugly. If you get a stubby antenna, you should not need to remove it. Comes with a storage bag so should fit nicely in the trunk. There is a clipped strap in the middle the goes under the car to keep wind from getting under it.
