The beans inside the inner bag CAN NOT fall out as they can on some that allow a velcro type opener allowing the user to add say essential oil..The inner bag is sealed so it's very very SAFEThe downside is that I don't know how you can add lavender oil which can aid a healthier scent.Positive though that the outer bag can be WASHED this is a huge positive.I'd offer you this advicePlease reduce microwave power from say 900 to 650 and heat for a minute or 90 sec longer so it does not get too hot too soon.I use over my knees for relief as I save money then on heat pads which can add up ££A good safe productEnjoy 😉

I was looking for something to keep me warm in the winter months (I get cold easily). I also wanted something that I could wash easily for hygiene reasons (which thankfully is a feature of this product) . I love the pattern, and the fact that it smells very strongly of lavender which is soothing. The only draw back is that it dosent seem to keep warm for very long, but is good for that quick initial comfort for neck pain while home working.

This is a really nice wheatbag. It looks well made, with good quality material, and I really like the design. I wanted one that I could take the cover off before putting it in the microwave. It's very easy to take the cover on and off. Nice lavender smell. Heated up as expected for a wheatbag, and arrived very promptly.

Hate leaving negative reviews! But this heat pack just doesn’t stay hot. I mean, I’m not expecting it to last hours - but it stays warm for about 10 minutes maximum... not sure if that’s normal? But seems like a bit of a waste....

I use it to keep warm in bed. I use it every day. The old one didn't have a washable cover so I had to throw it away. I am hoping this one will last me for years!
