This stand is quite sturdy, compared with other stands made for the same purpose, and it folds up nicely.The part that holds my large 14" tablet held the tablet securely in place. The spring tension is about right for a tablet of this size.I can recommend this product as I'm happy with it.

I've bought several different types of ipad stands (I have a music group, and we gig every week, sometimes multiple times a week, so there is a lot of wear and tear), and this is by the far the best stand I've bought. All the other models I tried would not last, and break after a few months. This stand is very sturdy, and mostly made of metal, so feels very solid, and so far has not had the problem of breaking after just a couple months of use. I'm getting ready to buy 2 more for my group, and I've been using 3 of them of them for the past year. Several musicians I play with have asked me for a link to this product, because they love the quality when they see mine! Grateful to have found a reliable and durable holder!!

My husband wanted to be able to watch multiple screens when football was on. I purchased this stand and it worked perfectly. Very sturdy and easy to maneuver.

I carry this to 4 band a week and never had an issue with it holding my iPad pro securely at the right height and angle. It took me a year to destroy the first one. The drawstring bag went first, ripping the thin fabric. No big deal, got a Velcro strap with a carabiner from Lowes and hung it from my trumpet case. However knocking it on doorways, banging around in my trunk and simply dropping it while folding up caused the round piece attached to the ball joint to separate from the tablet mount. The first time, I just put it back on the tabs, the second time, the tabs were broken, so I glued it with epoxy. The third time, I didn't notice that I had lost the mount, So I'm ordering a whole new tripod. I would like them to sell the mount separately. The rubber grip that hold the iPad was just starting to separate from the metal, when I lost it, most likely from being cooked in my trunk between uses.Edit. Broke the tabs on the second one. Off to get epoxy and a more cushioned bag.TLDR: would like it to to be sturdier, but still the best product I've found for holding a tablet for reading sheet music.

This stand is awesome. It helped me turn my iPad into a really cool music stand. It is somehow sturdy, stable AND compact. I am quite pleased with it.

This stand is study and compact. Super easy to set up. A great value.

Needed a iPad Stand for Stage. Purchased this one and really liked it, until the first time it dropped off the cart on the way to set up. As you will see they connect the holder with cheap plastic clips, that WILL break if it falls. I had to use gorilla glue, drill holes and put it back together with nuts & bolts. If I didn't have knowledge on fixing things I would have been out of Luck. It won't break again (I hope) but it's not as movable as it was.
