Q: can i mount this on Brick wall?

I believe so because it comes with lag style bolts for concrete.

Q: Does this come with an outlet? And does it need electrical wired to it?

No outlet. Wiring is needed just for the Sonos.

Q: The soundbar is angled down and does not sit level. Is this normal? The bracket has a lot of “play” lifting the soundbar up and down.

Did you install it correctly? The mount has a up position which angels the bottom portion of the mount around 1/8” away from the wall due to a spacer installed.on the back side of the mount. If installed the wrong way, the sound bar will be angled down

Q: How flat does it go when pushed in?

Hi. If you push it, the distance between the bracket and the speaker is about 1cm apart.
