Excellent Surprise!!!
The bottle got shipped in perfect condition as it was packaged properly and securely.I am extremely satisfied by the quality of this product- the perfectly intense flavor, nice acidity and mostly, I love its THICK consistency! I would definitely enjoy this with my cheeses, cold cuts, dried fruit and more. I am a little bit of a snob when it comes to aged balsamic vinegar- and I dare to say this one is in the same realm-if not better- of other top gourmet brands like, Due Vittorie or Bonini to name a few. I look forward to trying more of their varietals!!!

Great, but poorly designed dripping cap is dealbreaker
This vinegar maker is owned by Giuseppe Giusti, hence their logo on this bottle. It tastes better than Due Vittorie Oro and Giuseppe Giusti 3 gold medals version that are near the top when you search "balsamic vinegar." I've compared them side-by-side. It has the funkiness of the latter and the fresh fruitiness of the Due Vittorie without being as sweet. So far it's my favorite non-DOP balsamic, even next to Giuseppe Giusti "5 gold medals" Banda Rossa, to which I also compared side-to-side.However, the bottle cap is awfully designed and vinegar accumulates near the opening. It doesn't pour down the side immediately, but it can't flow back into the bottle. Eventually it builds up enough to where it runs down the side when you push the cap back down. I now know to wipe it with my finger every time and lick it off. Tasty, but a hassle and not how I want to use so many drops of the stuff.Giuseppe Giusti, whose name is on the cap, has a much better design in their eponymous brand "cubica" bottle caps which doesn't have this problem. I hope they fix this. Why 2 stars? I'm writing this just after noticing dried balsamic sticking to the outside of the bottle. It doesn't taste quite as good, but I'll just get the 3 gold medal Giuseppe Giusti to avoid the messiness.

Rich, Thick Aceto Balsamico Di Modena
Authentic Aceto balsamic vinegar. Sweet, without caramel flavoring. Subtle and complex. Can be drizzled sparingly on cheeses, greens, etc. Not cheap, but good quality. Bottling is attractively simple, and very functional for serving.

As advertised!
Good quality and taste. Thick enough for hard cheeses.

The most flavorful balsamic I’ve had
Not much more to say than it’s amazing.

Pretty good
This aged balsamic is pretty good. I didn't give it 5 stars because I personally like the brand Villa Manodori a little better. And this one without getting the special coupon off is more expensive than the other.
