I have had this for a week now. Tried it out in the pool and so far I love it and have had no problems. User friendly as well.

The calories counter seem to be a bit off but otherwise my step count is pretty accurate.

My Dad use this Fitness Tracker Heart Rate all the time. Helps him to keep track of his heart rate.

The app is basically worthless. It doesn't track sleep at all - I've compared it to my other sleep tracking bracelet and it really is useless. It says 100% sleep ever night, regardless of how much sleep I've actually gotten.I received this item at a discount in return for an honest and unbiased review. This is one of my preferred generic fitness trackers. This one has a proprietary charger as opposed to a micro USB charger. You will need to make sure to keep up with the charger. The charger has teeth that connect to the underside of the band. It's easy to connect and will need to be charged upon receipt before it will work.The app for this fitness tracker is called HPlus Watch. I had no issues downloading or using the app on my iPhone 5s with current iOS. It's easy to sync/pair. The data isn't as intuitive as Jawbone's Up app but it's easy enough to read. You will have to enter your height and weight in the metric system.You can set this to record your heart rate automatically throughout the day. Or you can program and manually check your heart rate. I would recommend setting it to manual as the automatic setting drains the battery more quickly. If you're okay with charging this more frequently the automatic setting is fine.Regarding accuracy, I've not had any consistent issues. The pedometer tests well against my Jawbone. The heart rate monitor is on par with other fitness bands. At times, it does provide inaccurate results but the average is within a tolerable range of error.The band is comfortable, secure, and easy to use. The display doesn't respond well to low light situations. It struggles to realize you are trying to use it because it can't detect your finger over the sensor. This is on par with other generic fitness trackers I've tested. I have mixed feelings about this devise. I love the product and hate that the software will not connect to it and work with it. The wrist band feels very soft. Very comfortable to wear / even sleep with. I have Fibromyalsia trust me when I say you can wear this ... you can! The battery is holding up well, I am on day two and I am only down one bar. The devise is programmable and if you can get the APP to work with your phone then it will sing in perfect harmony, I just have not had any luck with that yet. (Samsung Note 5) Hopefully the updates for the APP will fix this. The device connects in many ways, from steps taken, to sleep, to heart rate and then the phone functions as well! It notifies me with vibration that I have incoming messages, text.... etc... even who is calling me (must say I was happy to see that today, I can know ahead of time weather I even want to bother picking up the phone lol) just saying. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE DEVICE ... HATE THE APP! It needs to connect better with growing technology. I have returned others because the APPS bite, but this product can stand on its own, regardless of the crappy app! This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.
