And have become fairly fed up with it as it's so stiff and I feel more pain then massage with it.I then decided to look at a vibrating roller. I brought one for about £30 and me and my partner both agreed there wasn't much massaging going on but lots of vibrating. Didn't really makes sense.This led me to look for the top of the range roller. And I came across this. This seems to be the bees knees of vibrating rollers. And let me tell you it didn't dissapoint.So, it was packaged well. (Note: Please be aware it should have a plastic wrap to it - I brought one from Sports Direct that didn't and was clearly used). And had the proper seal on it. So I know this is genuine and new.The box comes. With the roller, instructions/user guide/basic exercises, power plug, pouch, and a finger button which allows you to increase and decrease the intensity of the workout.Once opened the instructions make it clear this needs charging for 2 hours before use. After charging. I found there to be 5 intensities. Ranging from barely vibrating all the way up to 'why is the house vibrating'. And each one provides it's own use. On my first use I used each setting. From the most intense for my buttocks to the least for my neck.The actual roller is very comfortable and doesn't cause any discomfort and the vibrating adds the massage and it's lovely - especially for the areas that are sore.The finger button worked magnificently. No set up needed and you'll be shocked at how useful it is. I keep it on my middle finger and used it several times before the workout.All in all this is an excellent piece of equipment. I go gym and get up to some intense stuff. And this counters it fantastically. Should be a staple for every person. Gym or not.

I had sciatica for a month and a hlf non srop, ans actualky thouht i wasnt going ro get better, and this roller was my saving grace. It loosened up my muscles and allowes the trapped nervw to be released, and cured my sciatica. Amaizing product. I uaed to uae these in the gym, but this electronic vibrating one is the best thing you could purchase, trust me.

I have both types of foam rollers; normal and vibrating and there is no difference in my flexibility. Also, studies in sports journals have confirmed that there is NO difference to any outcome (flexibility, tissue change, etc) by using a vibration foam roller. Anyone who pays more than £30 for a foam roller has been fooled!
