I purchased this for our leopard gecko’s habitat. She loves the soft substrate and I love that it creates the perfect bioactive environment with no stinky smells! Josh’s frogs always provides top quality!

After having my leopard gecko’s biotank setup and active for almost a year now, I noticed the substrate was looking shallow. I purchased this because it’s highly rated in a biotank group I’m in. I really like the texture of this dirt. I just gently mixed it into the very top layer of the tank so I wouldn’t disturb the cleanup crew. If you look along the side of the tank you can see the newly added layer. This is a 40 gl long, it was enough to add another inch or two to half of the tank so I am wishing I had purchased the larger bag that was available.

My girl loves this substrate! Easy to clean and looks flawless inside her enclosure!

Arrived on time and looks to be as good a quality as the tropical BioBedding that I used with my crested. I'm not concerned with the sand as it is a small part of the overall substrate and it is mixed.
