Wreck This Journal Everywhere: To Create Is To Destroy

I adore this journal - I’ve had such fun ‘wrecking’ it! I like that the rules are guidelines and I’ve had enjoyed looking at Pinterest for ideas on how to approach each page. Has been really therapeutic and great for my anxiety! I also like that there are pages where you choose your own wrecking method which gives you even more freedom.

so far I've dropped it off the roof. kicked it along tthe street. rubbed it in mud and dead bugs and taken it for a walk.did I look crazy taking my book for a walk, yes.did it feel good and relieve stress afterwards. yes, yes it did.

This book is very funny, in the picture you can see one of the challenges was to tie string to the book and take it for a walk (I looked very stupid)Would recommend

Would suggest doing lots of the other stuff in the book before you set light to it, otherwise its a bit of a waste of time.

Very small and the pages are rather thin. This is a more portable version of the classic "Wreck this journal". It's a good little gift mainly for the novelty of it. I feel like when doing the directions on the pages such as "throw on the ground" or "stamp on this book" it may damanage the entire book. Arrived in time though and I think the eleven year old it is intended for will enjoy the novelty of it.
