Marketing guys: easy peasy, set the thickness dial to 1mil less, we will reduce cost of production by 2M$ a year; from which me and the guys will only skim 40%, you, as CEO, will keep 1.2M$.. think about it. I think at Reynolds, the engineers stood their ground and said, leave that to China.

This is the best thing that's happened to foil since it was invented! I never knew it existed, have grown used to peeling the cheese off with lasagna, having the meatballs stick and fall apart, all the nuisances of baking with foil. This completely solves that! It may be more expensive, but whatever it is, it's a small price to pay for this convenience. Now, tell me it's been around for 20 years and I've been living under a rock?

I wish they sold this at grocery stores in Canada! It is the best tin foil. It’s thick and doesn’t tear easily. It keeps things fresh for longer than it’s competitors. My only complaint is that I have to spend so much money on it because it’s never on sale here.

Alcan isn't making Slide anymore - at least I can't find it in stores and I've had no replies to two emails sent to Customer Service. Then I found this by Reynolds Wrap and am very happy with it. I bought the largest possible size of it online in case this product disappears, too. I hope not - and it shouldn't as it's the only game left in this Canadian town, LOL. Anyway, food doesn't stick at all, which is a great convenience for things like wings and melted cheese, etc.

I absolutely love this non-stick aluminum foil. I've ordered it twice so far and find it far cheaper than in the grocery stores for similar non-stick foil. Its thicker than regular foil. Works great to line pyrex dishes for sticky casseroles to make clean up a breeze.
