The pink grapefruit flavor is the best but I couldn't find it again. This orange is just ok. Didn't seem to keep me full as long as I remember in the past when I got it. I think more expensive than last time I got it, too. Overall it's an ok product.

I have been using this product for a few days and it does fill me up between meals. I do eat less. Only time will tell if it helps me drop some lbs up it does a good job with my IBS. I feel better and am more regular.

I have used this product before so I was just buying more with this order, but it arrived with no screw cap. The seal appears to be in tact so I am hoping the product inside is ok. It’s really weird that it has no cap and was shipped that way.

I don’t know if I just keep getting the ratio wrong or what but I’m following the instructions on the package. Every batch has almost instantly turned into a thick sludge that I can’t manage to get down but I mean I guess that’s evidence that it does what it’s supposed to do because it sure does expand and take up a lot of space.

Taste isn't great but it definitely fills you up and cleans you out! Much lower in calories than the regular Metamucil. I use this before dinner because nighttime is my tough time with eating. Helps keep me from snacking.

This stuff is great and I was surprised I like the orange flavor. Definitely keeps me feeling full and snacking less!
