It's good tea, however it did effect my heart rate. Not personally ok for me but could be great for others. It does take good.

Love this it’s loose leaf tea so need strainer or tea bags but I’m not used to the taste yet so I just steep with my fav tea Calms me down I have anxiety and when I drink this it just does what it needs to do 😊😌
