I purchased a Vicseed Car Phone Holder Mount from Amazon in November 2021, and I've been using it on my car's air vent ever since. The product is of high quality, and I have been very satisfied with it. However, recently, I noticed it has been slipping and drooping. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that one of the silicone pieces is missing, and the other one is about to come off.I contacted Vicseed customer service, and I received a prompt response from Cherry within one day. She has shown a strong commitment to assisting in resolving this issue. Despite the unit being out of warranty, Cherry is going above and beyond by offering to send me a replacement clip at no cost andeven covering the shipping fee. This level of customer service is truly exceptional! Thank you so much!

She was super apologetic and kindly offered to send me a new phone mount! She not only gave me a new mount, gratis- but covered all shipping charges too!It’s not often these days that business owners stand behind their products in such a strong manner - but these folks sure do! I’ll gladly give this mount another chance. I honestly cannot say a bad word about these folks, who went way out of their way to make sure I’m satisfied with them and the product! Kudos and much gratitude to Mary at Vicseed- REALLY appreciate your going the extra mile.Additionally, it is 100% fair to say I really like the actual cradle unit that holds the phone. My iPhone 11 with a large-ish Pelican brand case on it fit well and didn’t budge in the cradle/holder. An easy push-button releases the tension so getting the phone in and out of the Vicseed phone mount cradle is easy peasy.Thanks again to Mary and the great folks at Vicseed!…. Original review: After agonizing over the choice sin phone mounts for my F150, I ended up with this VICSEED "military grade durable" mount. The suction base wasn't suitable for my truck- jut couldn't make it work, not wanting to stick the mounting plate anywhere only dashboard. SO I used the AC vent mount option. This worked well enough and I was pleased with it UNTIL, my truck had to go into the shop for over a week and I had a rental car.I took the phone mount out of the truck and as I was disassembling and reassembling it, the little PLASTIC tongs that surround the ball-mount BROKE... and the thing never did function in the rental car (a Toyota Camry) and when I got my truck back and reinstalled the mount in my AC vent, the few remaining tongs would not hold the phone in any sort of usable position. I fiddled with the thing until it more or less collapsed in my hand.Summary: after only a couple months' use, and in ONE move from truck to car, this so-called Military Grade Durable cell phone mount BROKE and became unusable. BTW my phone is an iPhone 11, so not that big and not that heavy. This Vicseed phone mount is simply cheaply made. The very first time I touched it after its initial install, it broke and became 100% unusable.DO NOT waste your money on this.NO I emphatically DO NOT recommend this.

There are two holders on either side of the phone. I have ordered this product two times and one of the rubber pieces which helps keep it in place falls off for no reason it’s just that it’s not glued on properly. This is the second one that is happened I will not order this product again.

I love this phone holder. It’s easy to install, it works beautifully! I have bought 3. This issue I write about below has happened to 2/3 of them.There are little plastic teeth grippers on the joint where you put the ball. Those broke off- not just broke but shattered off. The wheel to tighten it came loose and I was being purposeful and mindful about making sure I didn’t move it around too much or tighten it too much. Nope, they still shattered.Now I am left with all of these pieces and no way to actually put my phone on them.From the time of purchase to the time they broke, I owned each for a year or less.

This phone holder is by far one of the most superior holders I have yet used! It holds the phone rock steady just with a suction cup on the windshield. The adhesion is far better and even in the hot summer months where I live in Atlanta it isn't releasing or giving any signs of becoming wobbly. The frame and plastics used are not softening or weakening and all of the joints are remaining solid. I had previously owned a similarly designed unit that fell apart at the joints when the heat of the summer sun coming through the windshield softened and eventually broke. Which seems to be a common theme with these devices.Well I cannot help for its "Military-grade" worthiness, having been in the US military I can say that this is definitely built to a higher standard for durability and function. But if VICSEED can tell me what the mil spec number is for their claim I'll certainly give them that.But however you market this it is definitely the best of its type I've had so far. Looking forward to seeing how it holds up in the longer term. I have not yet tested the vent mount aspect of this holder That comes in the kit, The plan too in the near future simply to test and see. The clamp is far more positive and firmer than any that I've seen. But time will tell.Thank you VICSEED for making you truly superior product worth the value. I look forward to using this for the next few years.

Works really well. Has stayed on dash for a year. Holds phone firmly.
