Turkey Ham 7 Lb

This is the best turkey ham I've ever eaten. Highly recommended. Expensive-maybe, but I carved it into meal sized portions for 2 and I have 35 meals from a $75 7lb ham. Works for us.

Update: I originally gave this 5 stars but now lowering to 4 stars (might be closer to 3 stars) because after having some for breakfast this morning it is very salty. I know ham is salty but this over the top salty. If they were to tone down the salt and add a bit more smoke flavor it would be perfect………. Arrived cold and packaged well. We missed having turkey ham since it is no longer available in stores and we don’t eat pork. This has good flavor. We only got 5.97 lb but paid for the 7 lb that was advertised. I contacted the company and they quickly refunded the difference. Even the 5,97 lb is a lot of meat. Froze it in sections so the future holds turkey ham for the holidays, turkey ham steaks, and turkey ham lunchmeat. Would buy again.

So I did not personally eat this but I bought it for a friend who has alpha gal and that person confirmed that it tastes amazing. They said it tastes just like ham and has the texture of ham. They were so excited to be able to eat a meal that tasted like something other than chicken or turkey during the holidays. I will say that I ordered it on Monday prior to Thanksgiving with a delivery date of Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving) and it did not show up until Friday after Thanksgiving. So I suggest ordering at least a week in advance if you are planning to use it for an importance meal.

The family loved this. We will be buying it again.
