I bought this to replace a hand held made in China POS that I over paid for. And I absolutely love it. It does a great job keeping the pool clean. Battery life is good will run a little over an hour on a charge. Our pool filter is a bit under rated for the pool ( will be upgrading that next season) and this thing worked great to keep the pool clean all summer.... I was amazed at just what it would pickup.... this thing picked up large leaves ,small twigs and even modest size acorns.... if it would fit thru the inlet it would pick it up. And it is a breeze to clean and use.Plus it kinda cool to watch when its working. Hoping to get several seasons of use out of it, only time will tell. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve not even had this vacuum for a year and it has already completely stopped working and had only been used a handful of times. I already had problems with it constantly getting stuck and having to fish it out, but I was making do. Now it won’t turn on, won’t do anything. I’ve tried calling customer service several times just to hear a recording saying the line is busy. I’ve sent emails to them as well and after a week they respond with wanting to send me a part that I will have to replace myself. I’m not about to try to take apart this vacuum to try to replace a part and risk breaking something else in the process. Besides the fact I don’t feel like I should be the one to “fix” it. I emailed them back and explained I wasn’t comfortable trying to fix it myself and ask for another possible solution and in return I’ve been ran in circles since then and getting no where. I’ve been dealing with trying to return this thing now for a little over 2 weeks. I am so completely unhappy with this company and their products. So, if you’re allergic to bull crap don’t buy from this company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend their money here.UPDATE:It has now been a month of trying to get a replacement. They received the one I returned a week ago and they sent a email stating that they were now out of stock on the replacements for my type of vacuum and would be sending me an upgraded model instead. Fine. Great. Since then I have yet to hear anything back. So now they have had mine for a week and after sending emails asking for an update or when the replacement would be sent, I haven’t gotten a single response. I have also tried calling the customer service number again several times and after listening to the press 1 or this or press 2 for that, I get a recording stating all the customer service representatives are busy and to hang on or call back later. Well of course I choose to hang on, just for the call to end up being disconnected every single time. I don’t how some of these other reviewers speak of great customer service because it has been nothing but aggravation and a major headache for me.

I bought this pool vacuum to get the tiny scummy stuff off the bottom that my net couldn’t seem to grab. I also have a messy lilac tree that is right by the pool. In the spring, all the tiny tree flowers fall right in the pool making a mess. (I wish I’d had this little guy back in the Spring!) I bought it a few weeks ago and have used it several times so far. I love that it’s easy to disassemble and clean. I put it in the pool by hand. (It came with a hook that doesn’t have a pole.) But, I just stand by the pool ledge & turn the vacuum on, carefully laying it in the water and holding it until it’s about 2 feet down (as far as my arm goes) and then release it. I’ve been IN the water with it. So when the battery runs out, so I just use my hands and pull it out, dropping it onto some hosta plants that surround the edge of the pool. (I keep it “handle up” to let the water come out as much as possible before dropping it on the hostas.) I disassemble it & clean it with a hose within a half hour and let it dry overnight. My pool is a 15 foot round so I let it run the full 90 minutes or so until the battery dies out. So far so good! Also, there was a $50 off coupon so I only paid $107 for it. It’s near the end of pool season, so I guess that’s why the price was reasonable. It’s worth every penny!

I love love love this cleaner. So easy to use and does a fantastic job. Filters out sand and any kind of bigger junk off the bottom of the pool. Makes my job so easy and the pool looks sparkling clean

Very impressed by this niffty and fuss free pool cleaner.The design is really pretty simple but quite effective, i would need several runs to clean the pool but you can see from the photos the lighter streaks are the path that the pool cleaner took.Great product for the price.
